Match Week 3

 

At the Etihad the Champions choke,

they lose 1 – 0 to Mark Hughes’ Stoke.

Burnley and Manchester United meet,

they both come away with their first clean sheet.

 

At 3 – 2 Newcastle thought they’d win it,

until Palace equalised in the 95th minute. 

Weimann scored 1 and set up Agbonlahor,

as Villa beat Hull by a 2 – 1 score.

 

QPR get their first 3 points in hand,

as they win 1 – 0 against Sunderland.

The Tottenham fans will feel the pain,

as they lose 3 – 0 to Liverpool at White Hart Lane.

 

At West Ham, Southampton get a 3 – 1 win,

with 2 goals from Morgan Scneiderlin.

Swansea beat West Brom by a 3 – 0 score

Leicester v Arsenal is a 1 – 1 draw. 

 

For Chelsea Diego Costa looks vital,

they beat Everton 6 – 3 and become favourites for the title.

They have a long way before they are home and hosed,

as for now…….. The Transfer Window has closed.

Match Week 2

 

As we look back at gameweek 2’s scores,

half the Premier League Games were draws.

Stoke drew 1 – 1 with Hull,

Southampton and West Brom’s 0 – 0 was dull.

 

Newcastle drew 0 – 0 at Villa,

but Everton v Arsenal was an evening thriller.

Coleman and Naismith scored Everton’s two,

but the Gunners levelled through Ramsey and Giroud.

 

Swansea remain off to a flyer,

they beat Burnley with a goal by Dyer.

Palace are still without a boss,

at home to West Ham they suffer a 3 – 1 loss. 

 

QPR lose at Spurs quite badly,

4 – 0 to Spurs with a couple from Chadli.

At Stamford BrIdge Chelsea cruise,

they beat Leicester 2 – 0 in the battle of the Blues.

 

Man Utd and Sunderland complete the draws,

For Sunderland new boy Rodwell scores.

they battle hard but lose 2 – 1.
